# Cultivate > Cultivate is a product innovation studio in Melbourne, Australia. We help > organisations validate ideas and launch the right product to market quickly, > using rapid experimentation and early validation rather than long build > cycles. Cultivate works with startups and established brands — among them Toyota, Bupa, Oxfam and endota — across the early stages of product development: idea validation, experimentation, product strategy, design and engineering. The studio also runs Cultivate Academy, teaching the same methodology to teams. Key ideas that recur across this site: - **Minimum Testable Products (MTPs)** — small, cheap experiments that test an assumption without building a working product. - **Validated Design** — a design approach where each step is evidenced before the next is committed to. - **Desirability, viability, feasibility** — the three questions used to decide whether an idea is worth pursuing. ## Pages - [Home](https://www.cultivateideas.com.au/): What Cultivate does, the innovation journey from first spark to launch, and the case for early validation. - [About](https://www.cultivateideas.com.au/about-us): The studio's story and the two directors, Gwendolyn Ong and Daniel Sterry. - [Academy](https://www.cultivateideas.com.au/academy): Training in early-stage product development, design, experimentation and validation. - [Case studies](https://www.cultivateideas.com.au/case-studies): Client work. - [Resources](https://www.cultivateideas.com.au/articles): Index of written articles. - [Contact](https://www.cultivateideas.com.au/contact): Enquiries.
